What makes us different to other landlords?

Having been designed by a professional interior designer, each property is full of character and style; each HMO has a purposeful communal area and kitchen to encourage socialising and community.

We know it can be a daunting task moving to a new area, especially when you don’t know people there yet, so our homes are always situated in desirable areas to make the transition as smooth as possible.

Ultimately however, it has always been the quality of service we provide that has kept our sharers happy. With Richard being the main point of contact for our sharers, you can always expect a personable, responsive, and proactive landlord.

What goes on behind the scenes?

In 2013, founder Richard Lloyd found himself at a crossroads. After over a decade of working in retail banking, and further roles in manufacturing general management he felt a change was needed and decided to move into the world of property.

Beginning in shared accommodation and growing into what are now three key areas. Richard has drawn on his years of experience as a landlord consistently to drive forward both the quality of his properties and the industry as a whole.

Having seen such a positive response from taking a different approach to being a landlord, Linsfort prides itself on innovating the way being at home should feel.

Giving Back

Linsfort is conscious of the environment and the impact humans have on it, which unfortunately is often negative. However there are positive actions we can take and that is why it is supporting JUST ONE Tree, a non-profit initiative removing CO2 from the atmosphere and reversing biodiversity loss through global reforestation. They plant trees in areas severely affected by deforestation to maximise the effect on reducing global warming. In the process they help to provide agricultural education and sustainable incomes to local communities. But they don’t stop there. JUST ONE Tree concentrates on restoring the entire ecosystem by planting on land and in the oceans, and they also focus on helping to shape the next generation of planet-conscious thinkers by bringing environmental education into the classrooms with lesson plans and JUST ONE Tree Day. Linsfort is proud to have a continuing and regular programme of support for JUST ONE Tree.
