SINGLE LETS
Over the years Linsfort has transitioned from soley offering single lets to a range of services. With this transition, Linsfort has narrowed down it’s portfolio for single lets.
However, with years of experience managing them, who knows when a new opportunity to stay with Linsfort will arise.
Single Lets
Whilst Linsfort’s current portfolio does not offer many Single Lets, it has previously cared for a number of properties.
With this in mind, if an attractive opportunity were to arise, Linsfort would look to expand its offerings again. Particularly, it is looking to cater for single tenancy lets, such as one bed flats with a focus on Bristol.
SHORT LETS
A natural extension of the services offered by Linsfort is serviced, or short stay accommodation. Our first exciting new project is the purchase of a seaside former guest house for conversion into five 2 and 3 bedroom apartments to be let for short stay holiday accommodation.
