Investor receives a fixed interest on funds invested but with no involvement in projects and no ownership. We are happy to work with SSAS pension fund investors.

50/50 Ownership

50/50 Joint Venture with both parties equally sharing in the profit, risk & capital growth

Individual projects can require unique specifically constructed arrangements. We work with qualified professionals to structure investments to meet the needs of Linsfort and the investor.
